Workspace Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to access to the BlūLion workspace at app.blulion.ca.

Your services

Your accepted proposal, order or service agreement sets out the work BlūLion provides, the price and billing schedule, and any cancellation or refund terms. If you are using the workspace on behalf of a business, use it within the scope that business has authorized. Signing in does not place an order or change your service agreement.

Using the workspace

Use your own account and keep your sign-in details secure. Access only the records and features you are authorized to use. Do not share access, send unsolicited messages, upload harmful material, or try to bypass security controls. Tell us if you believe someone has gained unauthorized access.

Information and review

Share only the information needed for your work and that you are authorized to provide. Keep passwords and payment card details out of forms and chat. Review reports, automated suggestions and draft messages before relying on them or sharing them with customers.
